Hey everyone! Thanks so much for checking out my site. I have for many years been writing extensive essays mostly surrounding my travels: experiential, surreal, philosophical – you name it! And have written about a whole range of other topics as well. I am interesting in “expanding my net”. Alas this quirky place you have landed on.

Additionally, I have received certification by the Health Coach International (HCI) to conduct Life Coaching. I for many years worked in a sexual health clinic and have counseled client individually and created plans for care and co-facilitated focus groups with clients who are living with HIV, either newly diagnosed or for long-term and have myself been a client of counseling as well as coaching services.

All of which leads me to mention my day job, which has for more than 12 years resided in Public Health, mostly centered around sexual health and HIV Care and Prevention. Currently I am the Quality Management Coordinator for Ryan White Services in the Minneapolis-St Paul area.
